Build A Church Website is committed to being a premier provider of custom website design for churches, ministries, and businesses. Because of the time involved in building a custom website and the absence of any physical goods sold. We do not accept any returns because we do not sell physical products but rather a service.

Refund Policy

Build A Church Website does not offer any refunds of any services provided. Because of the nature of our business and the time spent in every stage of each and every project, we cannot give a refund of monies spent. You as the customer will know what is offered in your website package and will also approve the template before we go live. You also are given the option to pay in three installments so that you feel comfortable with your decision to use Build A Church Website for your website design project throughout the process.

If the customer chooses not to use our services and opt out in the middle of their setup, all monies spent to that point on the website design project will be non refundable. There are absolutely no refunds for services provided. We will work with each and every customer to come to a satisfactory result. That reslolution however will not come in a monetary form. It will come in us making every effort to resolve the situation with our top notch services and support.

Cancellation Policy

Build A Church Website offers a website design service that is two parts. The first part is the church website design setup. The other part is the monthly maintenance and upkeep.

The Church website design setup process will be paid in three equal installments. One to start the project, another after the customer has agreed to the template that has been designed for them, and finally a payment when the site goes live. If the customer feels uncomfortable at any time and wishes to cancel their agreement with Build A Church Website during the setup phase of their website, they may do so at any time. Any money spent to that point will be absolutely non refundable.

The monthly maintenance and upkeep will be paid for monthly services obtained by the consumer from Build A Church Website for one year after the setup is finished. After the period of one year the customer may cancel at anytime without any issue or expense. All website designs belong to and are property of Build A Church website.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

Delivery of website design project will take no longer than 90 days from the day of first payment made. If the website design project goes later than 90 days then buyer and Build A Church Website can extend the delivery time for 90 more days without consequence to either party. If Build A Church Website falls short on its delivery time and the consumer wishes to back out of the project then there will be no consequences to the buyer other than any setup fees paid to that point will be absolutely non refundable. If the buyer falls short on there time to communicate with Build A Church Website then Build A Church Website will send a certified letter to buyer with a cutoff date for all materials needed to finish the website. I f buyer fails to respond and time allotted passes then Build A Church Website reserves the option to back out of the deal and all monies paid to BUild A Church Website at that time will be absolutely non refundable.
