Real Time Web Stats
With this feature you can see how many people are visiting your site. You can track how many unique visits and even know what country/area they are viewing your site from and even what browser they are using. Learn what pages of your site people are visiting most.
Google Analytics Connect
If you have a Google apps account we can easily connect your site to your analytics account. You can then login to your account with Google and track all of your visitors using their intuitive interface. You can even run our stats program and Google analytics at the same time.
Virtual Filing Cabinet
Setup multiple categories with nested sub categories. Upload all types of media including: pdfs, word documents, audio, video and much more. You can then have a master download center on your site that is categorized for specific purposes. You can even assign certain users to only be able to see and download the document or media you have uploaded. With menu building you can set a menu to only go to a certain category of the filing cabinet. This gives you the ultimate user experience on the front end of the site, but allowing you to edit it all from one interface in your control panel.
HTML Newsletters/Mailing List
Your Website: Collect email addresses and names on your website for your newsletter list. Construct your newsletter from your control panel and send it out to everyone on your list. You can also import your registered site users to your Mailing list.
Third Party: We can bridge your users to your constant contact or mail chimp accounts. You can then have the subscriber sign up on your site, but send the newsletter from the third party program of your choice. This is just another option for you as our newsletter system is fine for most churches.
Recommend Site Component
This is often referred to as “E-vites”. This component will allow your visitor to fill in email addresses into a form and send a custom message to their friends. The email will go out to their email list that they input and invite them back to your church or ministry website.
Unlimited Online Forms
Collect information right on your website through online forms. You can add form fields like text boxes, content areas, check boxes, radio buttons, and much more. Once the user fills out the form on your website you will get an email with the submission. The user will also receive an email back and the form will be stored in a database in your control panel. In essence, you will receive a submission in your email and on the site, so that you do not lose any information as it comes in.
Online Polls
Make new polls from your control panel to question your site visitors about some subject you need more information about. You can then make a new module from the control panel to “pull” one of your polls into a specific page. This means you can use the same component to make a youth poll and an adult ministry poll from the same interface. You then assign it to be placed wherever you want it. View the results in your control panel and allow your voters to see the results after they have voted.
Unlimited Blogs
You can publish as many blogs as you would like. Simply make a new category and setup a menu item to that category as a “blog” link. Now everytime you go to add a new page and you place it in that category it will automatically show up for your visitors. You can also enable commenting on your blog and receive notification in your email when a comment has been made. You can then choose to approve the comment or delete it. Once it is approved it will show up on the blog page under the listing. You can add as many blogs and allow visitor commenting on the ones you want.
Forums
Start an online forum for your church or ministry. You can assign moderators to look over the forum for appropriate posts. You can also block out certain words and only allow people you approve to post into the forum. You can have multiple categories and nested categories so that you can use the component for as many ministries in the church as you wish.
Connect Twitter Feeds
We can connect your twitter account to your website. You may be on the road and send out a “tweet” on your I-phone. The message will then automatically show up on your website. This allows you to talk to your website visitors 24/7 right through your phone.
Connect Facebook Wall
Pull your Facebook wall posts right into your website seamlessly and automatically. Facebook and your website can now work together instead of being two completely separate entities. Gain the leverage of Facebook on your website.
Connect Google Calendar
If you do not want to use our calendaring system then we can pull your Google calendar into your website. You can administrate your calendar through your Google calendar account and the changes will take place automatically on your website calendar page.
Prayer Center & Prayer Chain
Allow your visitors to submit prayer requests right on your website. The prayer administrator that you assign will receive an email with the request. They can in turn login to the control panel of your website and approve the request. The request can then be forwarded to whoever you have assigned in the prayer chain. When the prayer administrator approves the request whoever you have approved as a prayer chain member will get an email with the request so that they can start praying. You can choose to show the request on your website or keep them private from public view. You can also allow or not allow people to sign up to be part of the prayer chain. In other words you will have control of how it is setup and who sees the requests.
Online Donations & Tracking
Receive donations online with a simple form. You can setup different giving campaigns like tithes, offerings, missions, or whatever other category you want. The user can decide what to give to and even if the donation will be recurring or one time. You can even set a limit as to how many times the gift will recur. You can connect the payment to your paypal account or if you have an online gateway or processor we can connect to many of those as well. (SSL certificate needed if not using Paypal). You will be notified of every new donation and the system will save it in the database. When you login to your control panel and go to donations, you will see a list of donations that are categorized into name, date, and amount. You can even choose to export the donations list in a csv.
